{"id":28159,"date":"2025-08-09T17:03:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T09:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=28159"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:21:21","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:21:21","slug":"curry-spring-rolls-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/curry-spring-rolls-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Curry Spring Rolls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 heaped tablespoon ghee<br \/>\n1\u20444 white cabbage, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 large carrots, peeled and shredded<br \/>\n2 cups frozen peas &amp; corn<br \/>\n1 diced potato, boiled<br \/>\n1 teaspoon garlic &amp; ginger paste or fresh<br \/>\n2 heaped teaspoons @keens_aus curry powder<br \/>\nSalt and black pepper to taste<br \/>\nSpring roll sheets<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. In a large pan, add ghee and cabbage and mix to combine. Set the heat to very low and place the lid on. Cook for 10 minutes or till they have softened, stirring occasionally.<br \/>\n2. Add carrots, frozen peas, corn, boiled potato, garlic &amp; ginger paste, curry powder &amp; season to taste. If you like it spicy, you can add more curry powder or chilli. I also added an extra tablespoon of ghee.<br \/>\n3. Place the lid on and cook on a very low heat for a further 10 minutes. Stiring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.<br \/>\n4. Remove the spring roll sheets from the freezer and thaw according to packet instructions.<br \/>\n5. Place some filling on the pastry and roll as shown in the video and seal the edge with some milk.<br \/>\n6. Deep fry till golden and enjoy these Curry Spring Rolls!<br \/>\n7. I&#8217;ve served mine with a yogurt dip (greek yogurt, coriander, dried mint, cumin powder, salt, topped with olive oil)<br \/>\n8.
