Combine sugar, yeast, milk &amp; water in a large bowl, stir well &amp; set aside for 15 mins, or until the yeast blooms.<br \/>\n2. Add butter, flour, salt &amp; egg, mix well &amp; knead for 10 mins.<br \/>\n3. Transfer dough into a greased bowl, cover with a towel &amp; set aside to let it proof for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.<br \/>\n4. Divide dough into 6 equal portions, shape into round balls, cover with towel &amp; let it rise for 30 more mins.<br \/>\n5. Meanwhile, preheat oven at 200 deg C.<br \/>\n6. Brush with lightly beaten egg yolk, place heatproof bowl filled with water at the bottom of oven, bake for 10 mins.<br \/>\n7. Remove bowl &amp; bake for another 10 mins.<br \/>\n8. Arrange buns onto the wire rack to cool.<\/p>\n<h2>Cheese Filling<\/h2>\n<p>350 g cream cheese (softened)<br \/>\n3 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Beat sugar &amp; cheese for 5 mins, transfer into a piping bag &amp; set aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Garlic Butter Paste<\/h2>\n<p>80 g butter (melted)<br \/>\n2 tbsp garlic (minced)<br \/>\n2 tbsp milk<br \/>\n1 tbsp mayonnaise<br \/>\n2 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tbsp dried parsley<br \/>\n1 egg<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat butter in a pot on low, add garlic &amp; saute\u0301 for 5 mins.<br \/>\n2. Let it cool for 10 mins before adding the rest of the ingredients, mix well &amp; set aside.<\/p>\n<h2>Toppings<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp melty cheese of choice (grated)<br \/>\n1 tbsp parsley (chopped)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. To assemble, make 6 slits on each bun, pipe cheese filling, top with garlic paste &amp; bake for 10 mins at 180 deg C.<br \/>\n2. Halfway through baking, sprinkle grated cheese.<br \/>\n3.
