Preheat oven to 160 deg C.<br \/>\n2. Combine orange peel (or whole orange) pure\u0301e, oil, eggs, sugar, yoghurt &amp; vanilla in a bowl, whisk well.<br \/>\n3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking &amp; ginger powders together, then add the ground cashews &amp; salt, mix well.<br \/>\n4. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, gently fold with a spatula until just combined.<br \/>\n5. Transfer batter into a greased bundt cake.<br \/>\n6. Bake for 50-60 mins or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.<br \/>\n7.
