In a chopper chop the veggies, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, parsley and green chillies and drain the excess moisture in a strainer<br \/>\n2. Now chop the mince also to make it fine<br \/>\n3. Now add these strained veggies along with spices, bread crumbs, cream and egg and olive oil and mix all well<br \/>\n4. Make kebabs and grill on the griller<br \/>\n4.
