Cook the eggs in boiling water for 12 minutes. Once done, place in cold water for 10 minutes, then peel.<br \/>\n2. Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks to a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.<br \/>\n3. Pipe the yolk filling into each halved egg, garnish with parmesan crisps and chives.<\/p>\n<h2>Parmesan Crisps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Place parchment paper on a baking tray.<br \/>\n2. Spread an even layer of grated parmesan.<br \/>\n3. Bake on 180 degrees C for around 8 minutes or until golden (they burn very easily, so keep an eye on the oven while they cook).<br \/>\n4.
