Combine together chickpea flour, turmeric, salt, dhanajeeru, oil, Jaggery and Water together until it forms a paste<br \/>\n2. Cut an incision into the green chilli pepper and stuff with the chickpea paste steaming for 15 minutes<br \/>\n3. Heat up the 5 Tbsp of Oil, once hot add in the mustard seeds and allow to pop adding in the hing. Add in the stuffed chilli peppers cooking of medium heat allowing it to crisp up to a golden brown and enjoy with your meal!
