{"id":28088,"date":"2025-08-05T18:25:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-05T10:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=28088"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:21:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:21:32","slug":"cheesy-potatoe-samoosa-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cheesy-potatoe-samoosa-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Cheesy Potatoe Samoosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400g potatoes ( weighed after boiling and skining)<br \/>\n1\/2 cup finely chopped red onions<br \/>\n1 cup grated yellow cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 cup fresh chopped coriander<br \/>\n2 tablespoons oil<br \/>\nI medium stick curry leaves<br \/>\n1 teaspoon garlic paste<br \/>\nCoursely pounded Green chillies to taste<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground coriander<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ground cumin<br \/>\n1\/4 teaspoon turmeric powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon mustard seeds<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Cut the boiled potatoes into large cubes.<br \/>\n2. Heat the oil. Add the mustard seeds. As it begins popping, switch the heat off and add the garlic, curry leaves and green chillies.<br \/>\n3. Mix well.<br \/>\n4. Bring the heat back on again and add the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric.<br \/>\n5. Allow to sizzle for a minute.<br \/>\n6. Pour onto the potatoes.<br \/>\n7. Mash everything together.<br \/>\n8. Add cheese, onions, fresh coriander, salt and lemon juice.<br \/>\n9. Mix well.<br \/>\n10. Fill into samoosa wrap.<br \/>\n11. Deep fry and enjoy hot.<br \/>\n12.
