Drain and wrap tofu in a towel to ensure as much tofu water. Then chop the tofu into your desired cube size and place in the freezer for 1-2hours. I do this so the tofu doesn\u2019t crumble in the next step<br \/>\n2. In the meantime, in a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, black pepper, salt and black pepper mixing well<br \/>\n3. Once partially frozen add in the tofu cubes and coat well. Place the cubes into the AirFryer, spritzing\/drizzling a little bit of olive oil all over. Airfry for 12-15 minutes at 175C<br \/>\n4. For the sauce combine ketchup, soy sauce and sriracha &#8211; feel free to adjust the amounts according to how salty, spicy or tangy you\u2019d like it<br \/>\n5. One the tofu is mostly cooked through, add in the onions and peppers along with the chilli marinade. Mix\/shake the AirFryer tray really well and airfry for 4-7 minutes at 175C. Garnish with parsley<br \/>\n6.
