Place eggs in a pan filled with water making sure they are covered by an inch of water. Cover, bring to simmer. Reduce temperature, simmer 9 minutes. Drain. Place eggs into bowl of cold water filled with ice.<br \/>\n2. Peel eggs after 15-30 minutes.<br \/>\n3. Cut eggs in half, scoop out yolk.<br \/>\n4. Mash yolk with the mayo, lemon juice, Dijon, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Use a hand held immersion blender for best experience.<br \/>\n5. Stir in half of chives.<br \/>\n6. Place stuffing mixture into piping bag or baggie with end cut off. Pipe into halves.<br \/>\n7. Toss crab with remaining chives and place on top of prepared eggs.<br \/>\n8. Use tweezers to top the crabmeat with a dollop of caviar. Sprinkle extra chives on top. Refrigerate at least an hour.
