{"id":27770,"date":"2025-02-09T19:25:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-09T11:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=27770"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:21:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:21:50","slug":"adana-kebabs-food_with_fatty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/adana-kebabs-food_with_fatty","title":{"rendered":"Adana Kebabs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g of lamb mince<br \/>\n1 tsp of salt<br \/>\n20g of parsley, finely chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 green bell pepper, finely diced<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, grated<br \/>\n2 heaped tbsp of pepper paste<br \/>\n1 tbsp of ground cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp of ground coriander<br \/>\n1 tbsp of pul biber<br \/>\n1 tsp of sumac<br \/>\n1 tsp of black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp of paprika<br \/>\n1.5tsp of mint jelly (or use dried\/fresh mint)<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1\/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Place all the ingredients, bar the mince, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix.<br \/>\n2. Add in the mince and using your hands incorporate it all together.<br \/>\n3. Crack in the egg and mix again.<br \/>\n4. Mix in the breadcrumbs.<br \/>\n5. Cover and leave to chill in the fridge for half an hour.<br \/>\n6. You can load them up on metal skewers and bbq, pan cook or throw them on the bbq.<br \/>\n7. Rub them with a little oil before grilling.<br \/>\n8.
