Add white chocolate to a large bowl, then pour over the hot cream, stir until smooth, and set aside.<br \/>\n2. Grind pistachios into a fine powder, then add the white chocolate ganache, icing sugar, and a pinch of green food colouring (if desired) and blend until smooth.<br \/>\n3. Add crispy katayfi to the pistachio mixture and stir well.<br \/>\n4. Prepare dark chocolate ganache by whisking together dark chocolate and hot cream.<br \/>\n5. Assemble the dessert by layering chocolate cake, pistachio filling, and dark chocolate ganache. Chill for 5 minutes. Decorate as desired.
