To make the biscuit base, blitz the Oreos and mix in the melted butter. Spoon the mixture into each of the cups and press down firmly before setting aside.<br \/>\n2. For the filling, melt the chocolate in a large bowl and add the soft cheese, icing sugar and vanilla and whisk until it&#8217;s smooth. Slowly whisk in the double cream until the mixture is thick and can create stiff peaks. Do not overmix!<br \/>\n3. Fill an icing bag with the mixture and pipe into the cups evenly, leaving a little space for the top layer. Refrigerate so that they begin to set.<br \/>\n4. For the chocolate layer at the top, heat the double cream and slowly add this to a bowl of the broken up remaining chocolate, stirring slowly until combined and runny. Spoon this mixture into another icing bag and fill the cups to the top.<br \/>\n5.
