Wash Urad and place in the pressure cooker with twice the amount of water and 1 Tsp of salt. Pressure cooker for 20 minutes until they are soft<br \/>\n2. In a pan heat oil adding mustard seeds until popped then add onion mixing until they are browning<br \/>\n3. Add blended tomato can, turmeric, salt and homemade chilli garlic paste. Stir well adding the cooked Urad then adding yogurt and stir well covering with a lid allowing that to simmer for 4-6 minutes on medium heat<br \/>\n4.
