In a pan, heat the sesame oil and fry the garlic and ginger until aromatic. Add in the brocolli and fry on a high flame for a few minutes, before lowering to a medium flame.<br \/>\n2. Add in the oyster sauce, hot chilli soy sauce, sugar and a splash of water and mix until the sauce starts to thicken.<br \/>\n3.
