Also shop bought onion has salt added too.<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash the chicken and pat dry<br \/>\nScore the chicken allowing the spice to infuse<br \/>\nIn a food processor blend the fried onion until crushed, do not blend until smooth you need texture<br \/>\nAdd all the ingredients listed above to the drumsticks excluding the coriander and mix well.<br \/>\nLet it sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking it.<br \/>\nTurn the pan on a medium heat<br \/>\nAdd the chicken mixture<br \/>\nand cover with lid<br \/>\nOccasionally stir so the chicken cooks evenly<br \/>\nThe yoghurt should release moisture giving a thick masala consistency, if not add a little water or yoghurt until it is the consistency you want.<br \/>\nCook for 15-20 minutes depending of the amount and size of chicken.<br \/>\nOnce done turn off the heat<br \/>\nServe with hot Rice\/Pilau Rice or Naan<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients 1Kg Chicken Drumsticks I Cup of Fried Onion (shop bought) cheat 1.5 Cup Yoghurt 1 tbsp Garlic 1 tbsp Ginger 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Ghee Half packet Qorma spice mix (@alnoorfoodltd Coriander for garnishing (optional ) Note: Salt is added to the spice mixture, taste before adding more.
