{"id":27697,"date":"2025-01-24T13:02:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-24T05:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=27697"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:22:01","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:22:01","slug":"creamy-tomato-tortellini-soup-wondernonieskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-tomato-tortellini-soup-wondernonieskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n1 cup onion (diced)<br \/>\n3 cloves garlic (minced)<br \/>\n3 tbsp AP flour<br \/>\n4 cups broth of choice (I used bone broth)<br \/>\n1 can diced tomatoes<br \/>\n2 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 tsp Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp dried basil<br \/>\n1&amp;1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ground black pepper<br \/>\n500 g tortellini of choice (fresh or frozen)<br \/>\n2 cups spinach leaves (fresh or frozen)<br \/>\n1 cup cream (I used my homemade yoghurt)<br \/>\n1 cup parmesan (grated)<br \/>\n1 tsp chilli flakes<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add oil to a large pan over medium heat.<br \/>\nAdd onion &amp; garlic, cook, stirring occasionally for 5 mins.
