Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a paste.<br \/>\n2. Rub the marinade into the chicken and leave to marinade for at least half an hour.<br \/>\n3. Preheat the oven, gas mark 5\/190-200c.<br \/>\n4. Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Take out, baste in the chicken juices and return into the oven. Continue baking for another 10 minutes or till chicken is cooked.<br \/>\n6.
