Mix until everything is well combined and the batter is smooth.<br \/>\n3.Prepare the baking tray: Brush a baking tray with tahini or oil to prevent sticking.<br \/>\n4.Pour and garnish: Pour the cake batter into the prepared tray and sprinkle your choice of nuts (or even sesame seeds) evenly on top.<br \/>\n5.Bake: Place in a preheated oven at 350F (175C) and bake for 30 minutes.<br \/>\n6.Optional syrup: Remove the cake from the oven and brush it with simple syrup if desired. Return it to the oven and broil for 2 minutes until the top turns a golden color.<br \/>\n7.Cool and serve: Allow the cake to cool slightly before cutting into squares or diamonds.
