{"id":27640,"date":"2025-01-01T14:14:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-01T06:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=27640"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:22:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:22:12","slug":"broccoli-cheese-soup-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/broccoli-cheese-soup-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Broccoli Cheese Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 Tbsp butter, cut into 1 Tbsp pieces<br \/>\n1 onion finely chopped<br \/>\n2 cloves minced garlic<br \/>\n1\/4 cup 3 tbsp all-purpose flour<br \/>\n3 1\/2 cups light milk<br \/>\n1 cup chicken stock<br \/>\n1\/2 cup thickened cream<br \/>\nFinely chopped fresh broccoli florets I used 3 florets<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups tasty cheese<br \/>\n1\/3 cup Parmesan cheese<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\nBlack pepper to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a pot over medium-high heat.<br \/>\nmelt butter Add in onions and cook for about about 4 &#8211; 5 minutes or until softened.<br \/>\nAdd garlic cook for 20 sec than add flour, and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.<br \/>\nSlowly pour in the milk and whisk then chicken broth. Mix well than stir in the broccoli.<br \/>\nCook stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken.<br \/>\nThen reduce heat to low and allow to cook, stirring very frequently, until broccoli is tender, about 6 &#8211; 8 minutes. If the sauce too thick you can add more milk.<br \/>\nStir in heavy cream then stir in tasty and parmesan cheese, and mix until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
