Preheat oven to 325F<br \/>\n2. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl except almond<br \/>\n3. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl<br \/>\n4. Pour the egg mixture into the flour bowl, mix well<br \/>\n5. Fold in the chopped almonds<br \/>\n6. Use a big spoon and form two logs on parchment paper lined baking tray ( if needed, use wet fingers to shape)<br \/>\n7. Bake for 30 minutes and take out the oven to let cool in the tray for 10 minutes<br \/>\n8. Remove from baking sheet and transfer to a cutting board.<br \/>\nUsing a serrated knife, slice cookies at an angle about 1\u20442 &#8211; 3\u20444 inch thick<br \/>\n9. Place slices back on the baking sheets and return them to the oven for about another 20 minutes. Turn them over at the halfway mark<br \/>\n10.
