The sauce will thicken.<br \/>\nRemove from heat, cool completely before using or storing away.<br \/>\nStore in a sterilised glass jar.<\/p>\n<h2>To Assemble The Cherry Chocolate Parfaits<\/h2>\n<p>Layer whipped cream<br \/>\nChocolate cake<br \/>\nWhipped cream<br \/>\nCherry sauce<br \/>\nChocolate ganache<br \/>\nRepeat layers end with whipped cream and decorate as desired.<\/p>\n<h2>Note<\/h2>\n<p>For the whipped chocolate ganache: melt 50g chocolate or more as required in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals.<br \/>\nAdd 1 cup whipped cream to the melted chocolate, whisk until well incorporated.
