Heat the oil and add garlic, spring onion stalks, chillies, and the lamb steak<br \/>\n2. Add soy sauce, chilli oil, salt and cook on high heat for a couple of minutes<br \/>\n3. Add the cooked noodles and<br \/>\n4. Stir to well combine<br \/>\n5. Garnish with the green part of spring onions<br \/>\n6.
