Add oil and saute\u0301 garlic and onions until fragrant add in the broccoli, courgette, pepper, tomato until cooked through on low to medium heat<br \/>\n2. Add in all seasonings and veggie stock and cook on low heat until the stock has reduced 80%<br \/>\n3. Add in the single cream and allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes<br \/>\n4. Scrunch up filo pastry and make little bunches covering the top completely drizzling oil on top<br \/>\n5.
