I make it mums way.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a small pot, add your beans and their juices, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. You want the beans to absorb the juices and allow the liquid to evaporate slightly.<br \/>\nCrush your garlic in a bowl, add your cooked beans, and mash them into the garlic with the pestle or fork.<br \/>\nAdd a drizzle of lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste. Stir to combine, and you want a nice hit of garlic, and that tang from the lemon. Adjust to your liking.
