{"id":27141,"date":"2024-01-03T13:37:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T05:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=27141"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:22:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:22:34","slug":"tooti-frooti-cake-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tooti-frooti-cake-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Tooti-frooti Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong><em>**Make sure all ingredients are at toom temperature before you start.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n125g Soft Butter<br \/>\n1 cup Castor Sugar<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups Self Raising Flour<br \/>\n2 large Eggs<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Milk<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Tooti Frooti (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Beat the sugar and butter until light pale.<br \/>\nAdd the rest of the ingredients and beat for 5 minutes until pale and fluffy.<br \/>\nMix the tooti frooti with 1 teaspoon of flour.<br \/>\nAdd to the cake batter and mix in lightly.<br \/>\nPour into a lined square 20x20cm baking pan.<br \/>\nBake at 180c for 30 to 35 minutes.<br \/>\nAllow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nTopple onto a wire rack and cool completely.<br \/>\nDust with icing sugar once cooled ( i forgot in this video).<br \/>\nYou can also add your butter cream icing now ( I kept it plain here).<br \/>\nCut and serve.<\/p>\n<h2>Note<\/h2>\n<p>Sprinkle more tooti frooti on top of the cake before baking to make it extra more appealing.<br \/>\nYou can keep this as a plain vanilla cake by totally omitting the tooti frooti.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients **Make sure all ingredients are at toom temperature before you start. 125g Soft Butter 1 cup Castor Sugar 1 1\/2 cups Self Raising Flour 2 large Eggs 1\/2 cup Milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence 1\/2 cup Tooti Frooti (optional) Steps Beat the sugar and butter until light pale.
