Add the chopped tomatoes, chilli, garlic and mint leaves to a bowl<br \/>\n2. Season with salt and add balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n3. Mix well and set aside<br \/>\n4. Add olive oil to each side some bread<br \/>\n5. Toast bread<br \/>\n6. Add the tomato mix on top of the toasted bread<br \/>\n7.
