{"id":27107,"date":"2023-12-27T07:20:00","date_gmt":"2023-12-26T23:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=27107"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:22:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:22:40","slug":"grilled-masala-chicken-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/grilled-masala-chicken-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Masala Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 large Chicken leg piece<br \/>\n1 Onion<br \/>\n1 large Tomato<br \/>\nGenerous amount of Ginger<br \/>\n5 clove of Garlic<br \/>\n6 Green chilli<br \/>\n7 Dried Kashmiri chilli<br \/>\n1 tsp Black peppercorn @alamgeerfoods<br \/>\n1 tbsp Kasuri methi @alamgeerfoods<br \/>\n2 tsp of Curry powder @alamgeerfoods<br \/>\n1 tsp Garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp Cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp Chaat masala<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tbsp Natural yogurt<br \/>\n3 tbsp Oil<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash &amp; pat dry the chicken, score the chicken on both sides front and back<br \/>\nAdd all the ingredients above in a blender except oil and blitz into a smooth paste<br \/>\nAdd the paste to the chicken and add oil, massage it coating all areas of the chicken including inside the slits.<br \/>\ncover with cling film &amp; leave it in the fridge to marinate, keep it in the fridge overnight for best results or at least 2\/3 hours minimum before grilling<br \/>\nGrill it for 45 minutes on 180c in conventional oven or use the air fry on a grill mode for 30 minutes on 205c<br \/>\nPlease note time may vary depending on the size of the chicken<br \/>\nGarnish with lemon and coriander (optional)<br \/>\nVoila!
