To the mince, add the onions, chillies, tomatoes, coriander, spices, garlic ginger paste and salt<br \/>\n2. Mix well and form balls<br \/>\n3. Flatten the balls to form patties<br \/>\n4. Sear the patties (no oil is needed because the fat from the meat comes out when hot) for a couple of minutes, until golden brown<br \/>\n5.
