Heat the olive oil and saute\u0301 the garlic, chillies and garlic powder<br \/>\n2. Once the garlic starts turning brown, add the prawns and paprika<br \/>\n3. Once the prawns are almost cooked, add the pasta water and salt<br \/>\n4. Simmer this for about 2 minutes<br \/>\n5. Slowly incorporate the pasta so that the sauce evenly covers the fettuccine<br \/>\n6. Garnish with parsley<br \/>\n7.
