{"id":26753,"date":"2023-11-17T12:05:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-17T04:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=26753"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:22:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:22:59","slug":"flourless-chocolate-cake-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/flourless-chocolate-cake-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Flourless Chocolate Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>220g semi sweet and good quality chocolate<br \/>\n110g butter<br \/>\n5 eggs<br \/>\n150g sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n2 tbsp cocoa powder<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt in the microwave in 30 seconds increments, stirring in between until silky smooth.<br \/>\nWhile the chocolate cools down, separate the egg whites from the yolks.<br \/>\nPlace the egg whites in a bowl and beat them with an electrical whisk, adding the sugar gradually and mixing until you get a firm peak.<br \/>\nNext, add the egg yolks, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder to the melted chocolate bowl and mix well.<br \/>\nGradually add the whipped eggs to the chocolate bowl and gently mix until everything is combined.<br \/>\nDo not over mix. Place the batter in a pan lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven on 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes depending on your oven.<br \/>\nI like to underbake by a few minutes for a fudgey center.
