{"id":26746,"date":"2023-11-16T11:02:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-16T03:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=26746"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:22:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:22:59","slug":"paneer-tikka-baos-whenmeateatsveg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/paneer-tikka-baos-whenmeateatsveg","title":{"rendered":"Paneer Tikka Bao\u2019s"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>PANEER:<br \/>\n450g Paneer (cube)<br \/>\n150g Greek Yogurt<br \/>\n1 Tsp Garam masala<br \/>\n1 Tsp Salt<br \/>\n1 Tsp Chilli Powder<br \/>\n1.5 Tsp Turmeric<br \/>\n1 Tsp Tikka Spice (optional)<br \/>\n1 Tsp Cumin Powder<br \/>\n6 Garlic Clove (minced)<\/p>\n<h2>Bao Dough<\/h2>\n<p>200g Plain Flour ( a little more dusting)<br \/>\n160g Greek Yogurt<br \/>\n2 Tsp Baking Powder<br \/>\nPinch of Salt<\/p>\n<h2>Chutney<\/h2>\n<p>30g Coriander<br \/>\n1.5 Tsp Cumin<br \/>\n3\/4 Tsp Salt<br \/>\n1\/2 Tsp Sugar<br \/>\n1-2 Chillis<br \/>\n1 Lime Juice<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Chop the paneer block into bitesize cubes and place into a mixing bowl along with minced garlic, greek yogurt, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Tikka Spice, Cumin Powder. Ensure all components are completely combined<br \/>\n2. No need to marinate. Place in an AirFryer to cook between 18-20 minutes at 200C. Flip the paneer over halfway and cook until crispy golden brown<br \/>\n3. For the Chutney, combine the coriander, cumin, salt, sugar, chilli and lime juice in a blender and BLITZ. Adjust the taste with more\/less spice according to your desired taste<br \/>\n4. For the bao dough, combine the plain flour, greek yogurt, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Knead until it\u2019s a soft dough. Shouldn\u2019t be really sticky<br \/>\n5. Dust some flour on to the surface and split the dough up into 10 pieces creating hand sized circles using a rolling pin. Place the paneer tikka in the middle with some chutney and start pleating. Pinch at the end to ensure it\u2019s closed<br \/>\n6. In a non-stick pan, drizzle some oil on medium heat. Once hot, place the baos in the middle and cover to cook for 6-7 minutes. Cook until it\u2019s brown and crispy<br \/>\n7. Then drizzle 45ml of water on the edges around baos and cover once again for 6-7 minutes until steamed through<br \/>\n8.
