Chop up paneer as cubes and generously coat in corn flour. Flash fry for 30-50 seconds on high heat and transfer over to a paper towel to drain the oil<br \/>\n2. For the main butter sauce saute\u0301 garlic, ginger and onion until fragrant. Then add in tomato and the tomato can<br \/>\n3. Mix well adding all seasonings, cashew nuts, bay leaf. Allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes<br \/>\n4. Transfer over to a blender and blitz until it\u2019s a super glossy smooth consistency<br \/>\n5. Transfer back to the pot adding butter, peas and crispy paneer. Let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat<br \/>\n6.
