Line a muffin tray with muffin wrappers.<br \/>\nCombine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.<br \/>\nPlace 1\u20443cup vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and add enough milk to reach the 1 cup mark (mix to combine) Mix this with flour mixture (add more milk if needed). Fold in blueberries.<br \/>\nTo Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1\u20442 cup sugar, 1\u20443 cup flour, 1\u20444 cup butter, and 11\u20442 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix with fingers. (Make sure the butter is cold and not melted or soft)<br \/>\nFill muffin wraps (approx 2 tbspn), and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture. (Should make 12)<br \/>\nBake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
