Sift the flours and baking powder<br \/>\n2. Add cinnamon powder, golden syrup, marmalade, olive oil, raw sugar and milk before mixing well<br \/>\n3. Fold in the grated carrots<br \/>\n4. Bake at 180C for about 1 hour, or until a skewer comes out clean<br \/>\n5. To make the glaze, mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and water together<br \/>\n6. Spread the glaze on top of a cooled down cake<br \/>\n7. Garnish with sliced pistachios<br \/>\n8.
