Preheat the oven to 325F<br \/>\n2. Mix all wet ingredients very well in one bowl.<br \/>\n3. Mix all dry ingredients well in another bowl except the walnuts<br \/>\n4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together and then fold in the walnuts<br \/>\n5. Line the 12 cup muffin tin with non stick cups and fill each cup to 3\/4 full, sprinkle some walnuts on top<br \/>\n6. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the toothpick check comes out clean<br \/>\n7.
