Shallow fry the barramundi until lightly golden brown then set aside<br \/>\n2. In the same pan, saute\u0301 the onions, ginger and chillies<br \/>\n3. Once the onions start turning translucent, add the coriander powder and kaffir lime peel<br \/>\n4. Season with salt and the coconut milk and coconut cream<br \/>\n5. Add a pinch of turmeric and mix well<br \/>\n6. Once the sauce starts boiling, add the barramundi pieces and any oil from the plate<br \/>\n7. Simmer on low for about 10 minutes<br \/>\n8. Garnish with chillies and coriander<br \/>\n9.
