Mix the lemon zest and caster sugar<br \/>\n2. Sift in the flour and baking powder<br \/>\n3. Add the melted butter, lemon juice and melted white chocolate milk<br \/>\n4. Mix well and the eggs and stir again<br \/>\n5. Pour into a cake tin lined with baking paper<br \/>\n6. Bake at 180C for about an hour, or until a skewer comes out clean<br \/>\n7. Let the cake cool<br \/>\n8. To make the icing, mix the mascarpone cheese and icing sugar together<br \/>\n9. Spread the icing on the cake<br \/>\n10. Grate white chocolate on top<br \/>\n11.
