Slice the pumpkin into chunks removing the seeds in the middle. Drizzle with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes at 200C<br \/>\n2. In the meantime dice the onion and garlic very finely and make the vegetable stock combining hot water and your veggie stock cube<br \/>\n3. Once the pumpkin has roasted remove from the peel and start mashing until it\u2019s a pure\u0301e consistency<br \/>\n4. Saute\u0301 the garlic and onion until fragrant adding in the pumpkin pure\u0301e and miso paste with a touch of water. Mix well until combined<br \/>\n5. Add in the Arborio rice and gradually pour int he vegetable stock and cook on high heat until the water reduces whilst stirring. Keep doing this until the vegetable stock has finish and the risotto is Al dente<br \/>\n6. Add in the pepper and Chinese 5 spice and mix well.
