Mix the gram flour with corn flour, ground cumin, hot chilli powder, turmeric and salt<br \/>\n2. Add water and mix to create a paste like batter<br \/>\n3. In a separate bowl, mix the sliced onions, chillies and coriander<br \/>\n4. Add the onion mix to the batter, and mix well<br \/>\n5. Deep fry clumps of the batter in hot oil until golden brown<br \/>\n6.
