{"id":26421,"date":"2023-10-18T14:17:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-18T06:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=26421"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:23:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:23:32","slug":"asian-style-lamb-salad-katz__kitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/asian-style-lamb-salad-katz__kitchen","title":{"rendered":"Asian Style Lamb Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Meat Marinade Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250g of lamb steak, sliced into strips<br \/>\n2 tbsp of soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp of chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp of raw sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Salad Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp of olive oil<br \/>\n100g of leafy mix<br \/>\n1 large carrot, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 large cucumber, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1 handful of mint leaves, roughly choped<br \/>\n1 handful of coriander leaves, roughly chopped<br \/>\n2 red chillies, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Dressing Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp of lemon juice, freshly squeezed<br \/>\n2 tbsp of fish sauce<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Add soy sauce, chilli powder and sugar to the lamb and let it marinate for at least an hour (preferably overnight)<br \/>\n2. Add olive oil to a pan and fry the lamb for about 5 minutes, or until cooked how you like<br \/>\n3. To a bowl, add the leafy mix, carrot, cucumber, mint, coriander and chillies<br \/>\n4. Add the lamb, lemon juice, fish sauce and salt and toss to combine<br \/>\n5.
