Marinate the chicken legs with salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Then add the egg and mix well.<br \/>\n2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.<br \/>\n3. Evenly coat the chicken with the flour and set side.<br \/>\n4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 15 minutes.<br \/>\n5. Put all the sauces into a saucepan over medium low heat until it start bubbling. Remove the pan from the heat and put the fried chicken leg in to coat them evenly.
