To hot oil, add the cumin and fenugreek seeds<br \/>\n2. Once the seeds start spluttering, add the mince and garlic and ginger paste<br \/>\n3. Add the chilli powder and turmeric<br \/>\n4. Season with salt and add the passata, green chillies and water before simmering on low heat for about 10 minutes<br \/>\n5. Add the cheese and mix well<br \/>\n6. Then reduce on high heat for about 2 minutes and add the cooked pasta<br \/>\n7. Mix well<br \/>\n8. Garnish with green chillies<br \/>\n9.
