Boil the water, then put the meat in. Bring to boil until half- cooked. Strain the meat and save the broth for later.<br \/>\n2. Saute the brown onion, shallots, garlic and ginger until translucent.<br \/>\n3. Add the bay leaves, curry leaves, lemongrass, cinnamon, and cardamom. Stir until fragrant.<br \/>\n4. Add the tomato sauce and coconut milk mixture followed by the black pepper, coriander, and seasonings. Bring to boil.<br \/>\n5. Add the meat in. Stir it well. Cook until the meat tender. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n6. In a rice cooker bowl, mix the basmati rice and the cooked lamb with the liquid. Add more broth until getting the right amount of liquid to cook the rice, if needed.<br \/>\n7. Serve the rice once cooked.
