Mix all the ingredients. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Form it into balls. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Put them into boiling water. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Once floated, take them out. Served with the soup.<\/p>\n<h2>Spicy Soup<\/h2>\n<p>500 ml Water<br \/>\n2cm2cm Dried kelp<br \/>\n1 tsp anchovy powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp chili paste<br \/>\n1 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp chili flakes<br \/>\n1 spring onion, sliced<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Boil the water, then add dried kelp and anchovy powder. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Take out the kelp, then add the rest of the ingredients. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Bring to boil. Turn off the heat.
