Heat the olive oil and add the broccoli florets<br \/>\n2. Add Greek Yoghurt, garlic powder, thickened cream and salt<br \/>\n3. Mix well and simmer on low for about 7 minutes<br \/>\n4. Add the cooked udon noodles and mix<br \/>\n5. Add the smoked salmon and mix well again<br \/>\n6.
