Saute\u0301 the onions, garlic and chilli flakes in the olive oil<br \/>\n2. When the onions turn translucent, add the tomato passata, salt, pasta water and cheese<br \/>\n3. Simmer on low until it comes to a boil and the cheese melts<br \/>\n4. Add the pasta in batches and mix to incorporate the sauce evenly<br \/>\n5. Add more cheese if you like<br \/>\n6. Garnish with fresh dill<br \/>\n7.
