Add the chickpeas, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, beetroot, avocado and parsley to a bowl<br \/>\n2. In a separate bowl, mix the lemon juice, mustard oil, cinnamon and salt<br \/>\n3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well<br \/>\n4.
