Remove from the heat, and allow to cool down completely.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients For The Cream Mixture<\/h2>\n<p>250g Mascarpone<br \/>\n250ml whipping cream<br \/>\n1 cup icing sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the vanilla extract and icing sugar. Whip further until it comes to a stiff peak.<br \/>\nBeat the mascapone until smooth.<br \/>\nFold the cream mixture into the mascapone gently but evenly.<\/p>\n<h2>To Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>Dip lady finger biscuits, one by one, into the lemon syrup for a few seconds.<br \/>\nLayer into a 23cm square casserole dish.<br \/>\nYou will need about 28 biscuits.<br \/>\nTop with half the mascapone cream mixture. Spread evenly over the dipped biscuits.<br \/>\nAdd half a bottle of lemon curd.
