{"id":2624,"date":"2022-03-08T11:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-08T03:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=2624"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:03:24","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:03:24","slug":"creamy-pasta-and-ground-beef-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-pasta-and-ground-beef-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Pasta And Ground Beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (4-5 Servings)<\/h2>\n<p>around 250-300g pasta<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\naround 350g ground beef<br \/>\n1 onion diced<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves minced<br \/>\n2 tbsp all-purpose flour<br \/>\n2 cups beef stock<br \/>\n1 jar tomato sauce<br \/>\n1\/4 cup heavy cream<br \/>\nsalt and pepper<br \/>\ngenerous sprinkles of dried oregano, paprika<br \/>\n1\/2 cup cheddar<br \/>\nFor garnish: cheddar and fresh herbs (basil or parsley)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat and cook the ground beef and crumble it.<br \/>\nOnce cooked, set aside and cook the onion and garlic in the same skillet on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until translucent.<br \/>\nAdd in the dry herbs and flour, whisking it for a minute until lightly browned.<br \/>\nMix in the beef stock and tomato sauce and bring to a boil, then simmer around 8 minutes until the sauce thickens.<br \/>\nStir in the heavy cream and the cheddar until melted. Add the beef and the cooked and drained pasta, season with salt and pepper to taste.<br \/>\nGive it a final toss and serve warm with more cheddar and fresh herbs.
