{"id":26229,"date":"2023-10-08T11:22:00","date_gmt":"2023-10-08T03:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=26229"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:23:54","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:23:54","slug":"microwave-milktart-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/microwave-milktart-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Microwave Milktart"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>385g condensed milk (1 can)<br \/>\nApproximately 1 lt full cream milk<br \/>\n1 packet pkt tennis or marie biscuits<br \/>\n1\/2 cup butter or more, melted<br \/>\n15ml custard powder<br \/>\n45ml corn flour<br \/>\n2 large eggs<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cinnamon<br \/>\n1 tbs butter<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a microwave safe bowl, add condensed milk. Use the empty can of condensed milk to measure out 2.5 cans full of milk and add to the bowl. Mix until well combined.<br \/>\nMicrowave (900w) condensed milk and milk mixture until hot &#8211; about 3 to 5 minutes depending on microwave.<br \/>\nIn the meantime, use the empty can of condensed milk to measure out half a can of milk.<br \/>\nAdd to a mixing bowl and add eggs, custard powder, vanilla extract, salt,and corn flour. Mix until well combined.<br \/>\nRemove condensed milk mixture from microwave, and while hot, add the egg mixture. Mix until well combined. Return to microwave for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> The mixture will look curdled but becomes smooth once mixed with an electric beater.<br \/>\n<strong>Optional:<\/strong> Prepare the base by crushing biscuits and mixing with melted butter. Add to a standard family sized pie dish and use the back of the spoon and press it firmly to form the base. Place in fridge.<br \/>\nRemove bowl from microwave and use an electric mixer to mix well. Start from the outer sides as it will have thickened there first and still be somewhat runny in the middle. Once mixed thoroughly, return to the microwave for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> if you dont like your milktart too firm, microwave for 5 min at this point.<br \/>\nRemove from microwave and add 1 tbsp of butter. Use an electric mixer to mix well.<br \/>\nSpoon mixture into prepared pie dish.
